Allume Candles

For our branding course, we were asked to create a promotional piece for our brand. We chose to design labels that would be placed on our candle’s jars. Based on other candle brand’s scent catalogues, we decided on six scents: black cherry, pink prosecco, bergamot and ylang ylang, vanilla lavender, mahogany coconut and eucalyptus mint. Our brand’s aesthetic was based on rustic, organic visuals and desaturated, warm colours. The labels were created in Adobe Illustrator using my Wacom tablet to draw illustrations with the brush tool and adjusting the stroke widths to give off a hand-drawn feel.
